Easyphoto Pro is the latest free app making adding photos of your vehicles and documents fast and easy.

What it is

EasyPhoto Pro is the updated version of Easyphotos. EasyPhoto Pro is available for Free to all Workshop Mate users.

This new app makes it fast and easy to upload your vehicle images or documents directly to your Workshop Mate system from your camera roll – eliminating wait time.

Make sure you download the new EasyCars photo app today in the Apple App Store or Google Store.

iPhone/iPad:

  1. Navigate to the App Store on your iPhone/iPad.
  2. Search for "EasyPhoto Pro" (the app is published by Jeal)
  3. Download ("Get") this app. It is free.
  4. Open the app from the home screen of your iPhone/iPad.
  5. Select the WorkshopMate button.
  6. Enter your username (email) and password. These will be the same as you use to log into WorkshopMate
  7. Tap Login to WorkshopMate.

Android:

  1. Navigate to the Google Play Store on your Android device.
  2. Search for "EasyPhoto Pro" (the app is published by Jeal)
  3. Install this app. It is free.
  4. Open the app
  5. Select the WorkshopMate button.
  6. Enter your username (email) and password. These will be the same as you use to log into WorkshopMate.
  7. Tap Login to WorkshopMate.

Uploading to Workshop Mate

  1. Open the application, the first page you’ll see is the page which you can search for the job you’d like to attach a picture to: You can search by:
    • Job Number
    • Registration Number of the vehicle
    • Start/End date of the Job

  2. Find the job you’d like to upload photos to, click on the camera icon, you have two options ‘take photo’,‘Choose Existing’ (uploading image from photo library)

  3. Once you have taken photos using your camera or selected photos from your photo library, press ‘Main’ this screen will display all current photos awaiting to be uploaded.

  4. To begin uploading, press ‘Upload All’
  5. View the Job you uploaded the images to, in WorkshopMate, click on the ‘Documents’ Tab. The images will now display.
