Jeal Computer Services Pty Ltd ("Jeal"), the developer of web-based automotive dealer management system and automotive workshop management systems EasyCars and Workshop Mate, is delighted to announce it has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Pickles Auctions Pty Limited ("Pickles"), leaders in asset remarketing across cars, salvage and industrial equipment.
Jeal fits strategically into Pickles vision of providing its customers with access to cutting-edge and market leading software. Many of Jeal customers are already Pickles customers and the acquisition aims to bring an improved and seamless process to wholesale trading for the used vehicle market.
